If you know your ID or a hostname and the email address registered with the ID please go to the
password reset page to reset your
password and have the new one automatically email-ed to you
If you do not have this information and are unable to use the standard online
forms, you will need to contact DHS support.
Please email us only if you cannot use the password reset page with as much of the following information as possible:
Your account ID
Your email address associated with your account
Any hostnames you have
Your new contact address if your current one does not work and
list the registered email address
The name on your account
The more information you provide, the quicker we will be able to process your request.
